The "Spread the Wonder" campaign launched with a new responsive website at Wonderbread.com.
This animated video was created as part of the launch along with a shortened :15 version for use on Instagram.
Part of our digital strategy for social media included creating sharable cultural plays that resonate with our audience. "The Walking Bread" was one of our early successes.
As our social media hub, we created a customized Tumblr theme for all of our Spread the Wonder illustrations. Halloween was a big push for the campaign, so we did several illustrations playing off classic monsters using slices of Wonder Bread and simple copy.

DESCRIPTION:
Wonder Bread was in need of a new campaign following their re-introduction to shelves after parent company Flowers Foods acquisition of the brand from Hostess. Anchored with a new responsive website, social media posts, and a customized tumblr theme as a social hub, we launched "Spread the Wonder" - a new illustrated direction influenced by the brand's storied past. Shortly after launching, we were honored to be AdWeek's featured Brand of the Day.
